To my American friends…

I have heard from some of my American audience that they can’t access my book via Amazon. I am investigating the cause of this. For now, I presume that it is an administrative error. Because it’s published in the UK, maybe there is a button I haven’t checked to allow international sales. I will keep you posted.

If you are overseas, please let me know if you can access my book via Kindle. I won’t pressure you to buy - unless you fancy a good read about the fightback against the reign of the oligarchy. If you are having difficulties, please let me know.
